  Bought a Samsung tab 4 from the Swindon store and after getting it home it would not switch on or charge, I looked up what was wrong and what was needed to be done, I then took it back to the store and all they were willing to do was to refund my money which they said would take 4 working days or send it of for repair which would take min 7 days. Note it did not take 4 working days to take money from my account, also they said it had been checked etc..clearly not the case me thinks. I then took the tab around to a repair shop who fixed it for £5...all it needed was battery disconnecting and then reconnecting and game could not even do this VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
