  Having just purchased a Smart Forfour from Mercedes-Benz of Swindon I would just like to say what a fantastic customer service team you have. Even whilst thinking the about purchase prior to making my decision there was no pressure whatsoever. The Sales Executive, Dan, was very helpful and when I said I wanted to think it over he suggested me and my partner have a coffee and a chat, which we did off site whilst we decided. Apart from a great car, one of the deciding factors was the very fact there was no pressure selling tactics and really a good sensible negotiation. When collecting the car, once again no rush, relaxed, no question was too much trouble and answers were given. Catherine did the handover and she was extremely professional, as was Dan. We also had dealings with Mark, once again very professional, very courteous and polite. All of these are a credit to the Sytner team in Swindon, thank you.

  Excellent Service from Marcus Phillips. Bought two cars and from the very first conversion up to picking up the cars Marcus has been brilliant. Very friendly and knowledgeable, got all the answers we had questions for. For anyone looking to buy a Mercedes I would recommend Marcus. Deserved 5 stars!
