  We booked our time slot online and ordered our tyres ready. We had plenty of notices reminding us of our visit. As told we arrived 10 minutes early, only to be told they had taken walk ins and our car wouldn't be done at the time chosen. We were told all we could do was leave our car with them and it would be done when it's done. 3 hours passed and I was desperate for my car. After more than 10 calls and no answer my partner walked down to see what was going on. They changed 2 of our tyres and said the others wasn't needed so to call and get a refund. One week later and the front tyres are again going down which was the ones replaced. So I can safely say I am not a happy, nor will I be a returning customer!
