  Good selection of outdoor equipment and clothing spoilt by having to join a club to get the advertised prices. Helpful staff. I bought a bicycle from here which was very competitively priced and the bike mechanic was excellent in helping to set it up.

  This store is my kind of store however on two occasions I have turned up to buy new boots. Price range £100-£200. Trying to find staff to get shoes from the back is impossible. Next time I may just walk out the back and serve myself. How can I buy shoes I cannot access? I have found this with the entire shop. I don't think you look under staffed. Staff seem to be aimless and avoiding people. I could have wheeled a rack of coats out. People had no idea I entered or left the shop. Also there is empty racking pointing into the walkways at eye height. It's only a matter of time, when your looking at the adjacent shelf you don't see the unit and the first point of contact is an eye level 5mm steel wire.
