  Not a great store compared to other HOFs... Came here looking for a Christmas ball dress and was greeted to a whole floor of sale dresses. Great, I thought, until I realised they were pretty much all damaged in some way but not stated on the price ticket (zips broken, beads/stones missing and thread coming out of everywhere), or the 'dregs' of stock in all the last-to-sell sizes. The two size 6-8 dresses I managed to find I tried on and both turned out to be damaged. Very disorganised floor, no staff on hand... can't really comment for the rest of the store, but imagine it is (hopefully) better.
