Oak is amazing. The sales team where great, we changed our minds a few times on layout and the designs came back quickly. Had a couple of delays on the build, nothing big just a couple of weeks. Snags took a bit of time to sort but once I got through to the right person all was put right quickly. If you want a lot of oak and fine detail these are the guys to use. You do get what you pay for on the amount oak and roof is an art in its self. hopefully the after sales is sorted now as this was our only gripe, so next time maybe 5 stars.
